Smiles

Finally Taye is starting to feel better. She is just getting over her first ear infection and cold/cough. First Tyson and I both got really sick the week after Halloween. We thought she made it out okay, but just as we were starting to get feeling better Taye Lynn got sick. It was the saddest week ever and she is just getting better. There is nothing sadder than a sick baby. But I can tell she is starting to get feeling better, because she is smiling again. Before last week, Taye Lynn was smiling all the time. She is already famous for her "one-eye grin". We also call it her pirate smile cause she always closes the one eye when she is full-on smiling. It makes life so fun. Every time that she smiles my heart just melts and I want to cry. I am turning into a cheezy mommy. But she is so cute. It makes it impossible to get mad. Today I opened her diaper and went to change her and she immediately turned on this pee fountain that shot up in the air (yes i know, i thought only boys did that too:) and it got all over my bed. Then she bursts into this huge smile. It was so adorable. Last night she made her first attempt at laughing. I can't wait until she does it again.
