things have been a little crazy. turned out i had to have a c-section and had some complications after which made for a slow recovery (hence the absence from the blog). taye-birdie had a hard time adjusting at first, but now she loves on cruz all day long. we are so grateful to have our little baby boy here healthy and as handsome as can be. we are loving life as our family of four and can't get enough of our little cruz boy...

He looks so much like you Alyse! What a cutie! We need to get caught up, I'm curious about your complications. My c-section was so much better than my natural birth. I had a lot of complications after Mia. Wierd huh?
Oh yeah, and you look pretty great at 5am!

finally! I've been waiting for this post for a long time. But I totally understand- sounds like crazy times alyse. I'm so glad you are doing better and so sorry to hear the c-section was rough for you. he is REALLY cute. I love his light hair. Totally looks like Taye! You look pretty cute yourself all bundled in that stretcher in the Recovery room!
